The new martial arts school in Tilburg!
Renzo Gracie Tilburg is a new branch of the famous Renzo Gracie Academy in New York, where MMA and BJJ stars like Matt Serra, Georges St-Pierre and Gordon Ryan learned their skills. In the Netherlands we are united under Renzo Gracie Holland.
The Gracie family is the founder of modern MMA and the UFC.
Martial arts and fitness
At Renzo Gracie Tilburg in the Reeshof you can practice all important martial arts. Standing with boxing and kickboxing, but also on the ground with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With MMA all disciplines are combined into one.
For children we have BJJ kids
Cardio kickboxing is a fun way to work on your conditioning while learning the basic techniques of kickboxing. This class is also available for ladies only
Everyone is welcome
Whether you come for your fitness or have ambitions as a fighter, everyone is welcome with us. Every class is open and accessible to everyone. Basic lessons are given for those who need it, but you are free to train with higher levels.
Workout 7 days a week
The gym is open from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday it is possible to visit the open mat in Breda for 'rolling' or sparring.

Trainings camp Silver Fox 2023

In November there will be another special training camp with Karel Pravec aka Silver Fox. Silver Fox is a BJJ black belt and one of Renzo Gracie's first students.
VLOG of the BJJ training camp in Greece

At the end of June, a number of our students went to the training camp in Greece. A memorable week with not only daily training but also plenty of room for humor and relaxation.
Kenny Kim from Matmade gave the training sessions together with Kemail Verhoeven. Kenny is a well-known influencer and program maker for the BJJ community and this video blog was made for him.
Boxing in Tilburg: Renzo Gracie Tilburg at the Boksgala Team Coolen

On Saturday, April 1, the Boxing Event 2023 of Team Coolen took place in De Kerk in Oostelbeers. Boxers from Team Coolen and 8 other clubs from the region competed in this fully equipped tournament, including ring, light, sound, referees and judges. Renzo Gracie Tilburg was also represented with four boxers, who put in impressive performances.
