In our boxing class, the focus is on technique and fitness training. We start with a good warmup. Then we go through a number of techniques that you can practice with a training partner. This is usually a intense workout as well.
For the enthusiasts, the lesson ends with a few rounds of sparring where we adapt to the level of our sparring partner.
In order to train you need the following equipment (for your first lesson(s) it is possible to borrow something from us):
