By popular request, we will start BJJ for children as of October 1st!

Are you looking for a self-defense or martial art for children aged 4 to 15? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is definitely worth considering. Training BJJ appeals to motor skills, mentality and social ability. Kids pick up skills that they can enjoy outside of the gym too.

Most importantly… BJJ is super fun to do. Children can enjoy themselves physically – without really hurting each other. And it is always challenging. The more you learn, the more fun it gets!
