Great participation in boxing gala at Team Smits

Renzo Gracie Tilburg successfully participated in the boxing gala 'Go Hard or Go Home' at Team Smits in Tilburg last Saturday. For most it was their first time in a boxing ring, so we had a good afternoon with three wins and two losses.
3 Gold and 3 Bronze Medals at BJJ Championships Grappling Industries

Renzo Gracie Tilburg wins 3 gold and 3 bronze medals during the BJJ championships Grappling Industries in Almere. With a small group, half of which were participating for the first time, we managed to become the 12th team out of 140 participating gyms.

In May, 7-time BJJ and grappling world champion Hannette Staak gave a seminar at Renzo Gracie Tilburg.
It was an instructive seminar in which we learned how to pass a half guard with pressure and how to use an effective knee shield.

On Saturday, June 25, Michael Vriens and Julian Witjes successfully competed in the PAN European Championship in Brussels. With three gold and one silver medal, they continued the streak of success on behalf of our gym. We are incredibly proud of these two champions!
