In May, 7-time BJJ and grappling world champion Hannette Staak gave a seminar at Renzo Gracie Tilburg.

It was an instructive seminar in which we learned how to pass a half guard with pressure and how to use an effective knee shield.

- 2nd Place ADCC World Championship (2011)
- 3rd Place IBJJF World Championship (2005/2013)

Most Memorable Match: her final of the ADCC absolute division in 2007 against Rosangela Conceição, which she won impressively by flying armbar.
