Renowned Renzo Gracie black belt Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec is back for our next training camp van 30-09-2022 till 02-10-2022.
Karel Pravec, commonly known as the Silver Fox, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt of Czechoslovak descent, who earned his rank through Renzo Gracie, one of the very first Gracies students in the United States. Pravec is also recognized as one of the best instructors. The Silver Fox is also known for the BJJ programs he developed for online use, such as his 2016 book 'Fluid BJJ'.

Costs are 139,- Euro for Renzo Gracie Holland and Silver Fox students and 189,- for external parties.
