Why 30 days of training instead of a single trial class?
To truly understand who we are, what we do, and how we train, a single trial class simply isn't enough. Our training style is built on structure, culture, and consistency—qualities you can only truly experience by being part of the team, not just by stopping by for a quick look.
At the same time, we understand you want to discover if this is the right fit for you without immediately taking on a major obligation. That’s why we offer this 30-day deal: full access and serious training, without a long-term financial commitment.

To be able to train, you will need the following items (for your first class(es), you can borrow some gear from us):
For all sports:
- Clean hands and feet, trimmed nails
- Clothing without zippers
- Flip-flops / Sandals
- A towel
- Soap (if you wish to shower)
- A drink / Water bottle
- Preferably a mouthguard for contact sports
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we can assist you if needed.
For BJJ:
- A Gi (Jiu-Jitsu suit) with belt (available to borrow)
- A clean t-shirt to wear under the Gi (preferably a rash guard)
- Clean underwear for under the Gi
For Grappling:
- Rash guard and shorts
- Alternatively: a clean t-shirt and shorts
For Boxing, Cardio Boxing, and Kickboxing (boxing gloves and shin guards are available to borrow if needed):
- Sportswear
- Boxing gloves
- Hand wraps (optional)
- Shin guards (optional for kickboxing)
