Trial lesson

Are you interested in one of our sports and would you like to try it out non-binding?

You can!

Please indicate below which class you would like to take and when. See schedule. We would like to know this in advance, so that we can take into account possible gear and guidance.

In order to train you need the following equipment (for your first lesson(s) it is possible to borrow something from us):

For all sports:

  • Clean hands and feet, nails trimmed short
  • Clothes without a zipper
  • Flip flops
  • A towel
  • Soap if you want to wash
  • A water bottle
  • Preferably a mouth guard for contact sports, otherwise later
  • Come to the first lesson fifteen minutes earlier so that someone can welcome you if necessary.

For BJJ:

  • A gi (judo suit) with belt (which can be loaned if needed)
  • A clean t-shirt for under the gi (preferably a rash guard)
  • Clean underwear for under the gi

For Grappling:

  • Rash guard and shorts
  • Otherwise clean shirt and shorts

For boxing, cardio boxing, kickboxing (we do have boxing gloves and shin guards available if necessary)

  • Sportswear
  • Boxing gloves
  • Possibly boxing bandages
  • Possibly Shin guards for kick boxing

Trial class form

The participant hereby declares that he/she will receive the present sports instruction exclusively at his/her own risk and that the costs of any accident or injury will be borne entirely by him/her. The participant is aware that the practice of sport can entail risks and that he/she may suffer any consequential damage as a result of the practice of this sport and/or the performance of a profession in combination with the practice of this sport. arise at your own risk. The participant will also indemnify Renzo Gracie Tilburg and her instructors against claims from third parties (including employer) in this regard.
