Renzo Gracie Tilburg wins 3 gold and 3 bronze medals during the BJJ championships Grappling Industries in Almere. With a small group, half of which were participating for the first time, we managed to become the 12th team out of 140 participating gyms.

In May, 7-time BJJ and grappling world champion Hannette Staak gave a seminar at Renzo Gracie Tilburg.
It was an instructive seminar in which we learned how to pass a half guard with pressure and how to use an effective knee shield.

Are you eager to get started with BJJ, but is the gym still closed? With these exercises you can prepare for the training sessions. These drills are suitable for beginners and can be done well at home. A mat is useful (yoga mat, carpet for example).
The exercises are followed with some stretching, so that you can also work on your flexibility.
